ForgeOS Privacy Policy

ForgeOS may process account and contact information, organization and store configuration, subscription and billing records, support communications, operational records, uploaded files, security logs, and technical device or request information needed to provide and protect the service.

• Account, organization, store, user, and role information.
• Subscription, invoice, wallet-funding, payment-status, and transaction references. ForgeOS does not intentionally expose payment-provider credentials to normal users.
• Order, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, compliance, and customer-service records created through the platform.
• Support messages, email, uploaded documents, attachments, and audit records.
• Security, fraud-prevention, authentication, IP, browser, device, and diagnostic information.

Information is used to operate ForgeOS, authenticate users, perform requested workflows, maintain tenant isolation, provide customer support, process subscriptions and funding requests, secure the platform, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.

ForgeOS may use infrastructure, payment, email, shipping, analytics, security, and other service providers as needed to deliver the platform. Information is shared only as necessary for those services, at a customer's direction, to protect ForgeOS or its users, or when legally required.

ForgeOS retains information for the period reasonably needed for service delivery, auditability, dispute handling, security, accounting, compliance, and legal requirements. Administrative, technical, and access controls are used to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights may be sent to legal@forgeosfulfillment.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, contractual, accounting, audit, or legal purposes.
