Subscription cancellation

A ForgeOS subscription may be cancelled through the available billing controls or by contacting billing@forgeosfulfillment.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid billing period unless a different effective date is required by the applicable plan, provider, or law.

Refund eligibility

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a paid billing period begins because platform access and operational services become available for that period. ForgeOS will review duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized charges reported through the appropriate process, service failures for which a refund is required by the applicable agreement, and refunds required by law.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider. Processing time can vary by provider and financial institution.

Plan changes

Eligible plan changes are shown in ForgeOS Billing. The active plan remains clearly identified, and any price, effective date, proration, trial conversion, or renewal impact is presented through the applicable checkout or billing flow before the change is completed.

Wallet funding is separate

ForgeOS fulfillment wallet funding is separate from the software subscription. Wallet funding, holds, releases, shipment charges, credits, and operational refunds are recorded in the applicable store wallet and follow the wallet and fulfillment terms shown in ForgeOS.
