Using ForgeOS

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, use only permissions assigned to you, and comply with applicable law and the policies presented in ForgeOS. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account and for the lawful operation of your organization and stores.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval presented during checkout. Paddle-backed plans activate only after ForgeOS verifies the successful provider event. The active plan is identified in Billing, and eligible changes, cancellation, payment-method updates, past-due recovery, receipts, and billing history are handled through the available ForgeOS and payment-provider controls.

Enterprise or other custom plans are quoted separately and are not represented as a zero-dollar subscription.

Warehouse, fulfillment, and wallet operations

Where enabled, ForgeOS coordinates warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and store-wallet workflows. Operational balances, holds, deductions, credits, and shipment-related entries are platform records used to support those services and are not represented as a consumer bank account or deposit product.

Client content and configurations

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of branding, store content, product selections, customer-facing policies, contact information, connected-service credentials you are authorized to provide, and other content submitted through your organization. ForgeOS may preserve audit records and may restrict or suspend configurations that create security, compliance, or operational risk.

Availability, security, and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authorization, security controls, rate limits, audit controls, or service restrictions; introduce malicious code; interfere with other customers; misuse personal information; or use ForgeOS for unlawful activity. ForgeOS may take reasonable protective action when needed to secure the service or comply with law.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or where continued service cannot lawfully or safely be provided. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, audit, dispute, and legal-compliance obligations—remain in effect as applicable.
